Grant Schneider - Chief Executive Officer/President

Grant Schneider is a recognized leader in the defense and national security communities with extensive experience leading teams, driving organizational change, improving program maturity while reducing costs, developing policy and governance structures, and driving enterprise-wide technology modernization initiatives. Grant’s federal service includes serving as the U.S. federal chief information security officer (CISO), on the White House National Security Council (NSC) staff as a special assistant to the President and senior director for cybersecurity policy, and as the Defense Intelligence Agency chief information officer (CIO). With industry experience in consulting, business development and managing service delivery, Grant is uniquely positioned to meet the complex needs of government departments and agencies.





Stephen Swift - EVP/Chief Operating Officer

Stephen Swift has a combined 43 years in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community industry, specializing in national and tactical intelligence missions, special operations, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance operations, Joint/Coalition operations, and command relationships from the national to component levels. He has comprehensive knowledge of and major areas of performance in program and project management, business processes and team building, program forecasting, policy analysis and implementation strategy. Throughout his career, Steve has progressively held senior and executive leadership positions with high success in building client focused relationships, managing cross-functional teams, streamlining processes and driving improved operational efficiencies to achieve strategic objectives. He holds both a bachelor's and master's degree and is a Certified Intelligence Professional.


Amanda Douglas - EVP/Chief Financial Officer

Amanda Douglas brings over 20 years of leadership experience in finance operations across both private and public organizations within the defense industry. She has successfully managed financial strategy for multiple large-scale organizations, developing rate structures, budgets, and robust financial policies aligned with government cost accounting standards. As a strategic leader, Amanda Douglas plays a key role in shaping overall business direction by aligning financial planning with corporate objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding executive teams through operational and organizational change.

With extensive expertise in federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and defense-specific requirements (DFARS), Amanda Douglas has implemented multiple government-compliant ERP systems and led organizations through numerous successful DCAA and DCMA audits. Her strategic oversight includes building analytical tools to monitor costs and report on key performance metrics, driving operational efficiency and compliance.

Beyond finance, Amanda Douglas has over a decade of cross-functional leadership experience overseeing Contracts, Human Resources, and Security functions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a certified Facility Security Officer (FSO), further underscoring her comprehensive understanding of operational and regulatory requirements in the defense sector.


Steven King - SVP/Director, Intelligence Services

Steve King is a career intelligence professional who has applied threat analysis and targeting methodologies in support of several generations of weapon systems, in various joint and service roles, from locations across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. He transitioned from the Department of Defense to the defense contracting community in the early 2000’s, participating in intelligence-related research and development and operations support efforts at the task level, contributing along the way through site, project, and corporate leadership roles. Steve joined the FGS team in 2012 as an Intelligence Services Division project manager and assumed his current position in October 2023.


Dan Kashporenko - SVP/Director, Information Systems and Services

Daniel Kashporenko is a PMP-certified program manager and seasoned security professional with over 25 years of project management and leadership experience, and more than 30 years of expertise in IT, communications, and electronic security and surveillance systems. He has been with FGS LLC since 2007, where he has led numerous high-impact programs across defense and intelligence sectors. Holding a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity, and multiple certifications including Security+, CCNA, and CCNA Cyber Ops, he brings a strong background in DoD cybersecurity tools, Risk Management Framework, and enterprise security engineering. Daniel has successfully managed and integrated physical and information security systems supporting National Security missions, SCIF requirements, and Nuclear Weapons Electronic Security Systems sustainment programs. He currently oversees multiple physical security, cybersecurity, and information assurance projects at FGS LLC, supporting the Office of Naval Intelligence and other IC entities, while also managing contractor resources, ensuring compliance, and delivering innovative technical solutions. His broad technical portfolio includes enterprise networks, Linux systems, virtualization, Audio Visual Multimedia, and secure command and control center development for both CONUS and OCONUS locations.


Gina DeMatteo - SVP/Director, Human Resources

Gina DeMatteo is a SHRM and HRCI certified Professional in Human Resource whose diverse background extends to the medical, construction, and defense contracting communities. She started with the Facchina Construction Company in 2005, progressing through roles managing compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition and management, federal programs compliance, and training and development before assuming her current position with FGS as the Director of Human Resources in 2013. Gina built FGS’ current HR enterprise from the ground-up and has recruited and transitioned hundreds of employees onto the rolls of our operations divisions and corporate staff.
