Amanda Douglas brings over 20 years of leadership experience in finance operations across both private and public organizations within the defense industry. She has successfully managed financial strategy for multiple large-scale organizations, developing rate structures, budgets, and robust financial policies aligned with government cost accounting standards. As a strategic leader, Ms. Douglas plays a key role in shaping overall business direction by aligning financial planning with corporate objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding executive teams through operational and organizational change.

With extensive expertise in federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and defense-specific requirements (DFARS), Ms. Douglas has implemented multiple government-compliant ERP systems and led organizations through numerous successful DCAA and DCMA audits. Her strategic oversight includes building analytical tools to monitor costs and report on key performance metrics, driving operational efficiency and compliance.

Beyond finance, Ms. Douglas has over a decade of cross-functional leadership experience overseeing Contracts, Human Resources, and Security functions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a certified Facility Security Officer (FSO), further underscoring her comprehensive understanding of operational and regulatory requirements in the defense sector.
